Choose Equipment That Fits Your People and Your Location

There is no single best AED for every organization. We help you compare ease of use, pediatric capability, CPR guidance, environmental protection, replacement-part life, and long-term maintenance needs before you buy.

Businesses & Offices

A practical package for visible placement, employee access, and straightforward monthly readiness checks.

Schools & Childcare

Pediatric-capable options for facilities serving children, with staff training built around your emergency plan.

Mobile & Rugged Use

Portable choices for vehicles, job sites, athletics, outdoor programs, and environments where durability matters.

Higher-Support AEDs

Options with visual instructions, CPR feedback, bilingual prompts, or connected management features when those capabilities matter.

Why prices are not posted: AED and accessory pricing changes regularly. We verify the current HSI cost calculator for every sale and provide a written quote based on the equipment, quantity, and services your organization needs.
How equipment orders work: First Response provides local consultation and quotes as an independent HSI sales agent. Equipment payment, order processing, and fulfillment are handled directly by HSI.

A Clear Path from Selection to Readiness

We keep the process understandable and make sure the AED is supported by trained people and a maintenance plan.

Assess

We discuss your facility, population, risks, placement needs, and existing emergency procedures.

Compare

We narrow the available AEDs to the options that make sense for your environment and budget.

Quote

We confirm current equipment pricing and provide a quote. Equipment purchases are processed and fulfilled through HSI.

Prepare

First Response can separately provide local training, non-installation setup guidance, and ongoing readiness support.

Turn an AED Purchase into a Working Response Program

An AED cannot help if employees cannot find it, supplies have expired, or nobody is confident enough to act. First Response can help connect the equipment purchase to the rest of your emergency-readiness program.

  • CPR and AED certification for employees or designated responders
  • AED placement and accessibility review
  • Setup guidance for signage, cabinets, accessories, and response supplies
  • Emergency action planning and responder awareness
  • Replacement pad and battery planning

Installation notice: First Response does not mount cabinets, perform electrical work, or install AED equipment. Physical installation must be completed by the customer’s facilities personnel or a qualified contractor.

Before You Purchase

Can you recommend one specific AED?

Yes. We begin with how and where the AED will be used, then recommend suitable options rather than steering every customer to the same device.

Can an AED be used on a child?

Many AEDs support pediatric use through pediatric pads, a child key, a child button, or universal pads. We will identify the appropriate pediatric capability for your organization.

Do we need CPR and AED training?

AEDs are designed to guide a responder, but hands-on training improves confidence and helps employees respond efficiently. First Response offers on-site CPR and AED certification for groups.

Who processes the equipment order?

First Response provides the consultation and quote as an independent HSI sales agent. HSI processes payment, fulfills the equipment order, and provides applicable device tracking and accessory reminders.

Does First Response install AEDs or cabinets?

No. We can help with placement planning, equipment setup guidance, signage, and coordination, but we do not mount cabinets, perform electrical work, or physically install AED equipment. Installation must be handled by your facilities personnel or a qualified contractor.

How often should an AED be checked?

The manufacturer and your organization determine the exact schedule. Routine checks generally include the readiness indicator, physical condition, pads, battery, cabinet, signage, and response supplies.

Why do you provide a written quote instead of posting prices?

AED configurations, accessories, availability, and HSI pricing can change. We use the current HSI cost calculator for each request so the recommendation and written quote reflect the equipment and quantity your organization actually needs.

Build an AED Plan That Fits Your Organization

Tell us about your facility, the people you serve, and whether you need equipment, training, or ongoing readiness support. We personally review each request and typically respond within one business day with the next step.
